Wedding receptions are just plain fun. Playing the right music and being the MC your guests will find agreeable is what you are ultimately looking for. Luckily that's what we do well.

Sample Wedding Reception Schedule: This sample reception time line includes all of the popular events taking place at a traditional wedding reception such as the introductions, dinner, cake cutting, special dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and
socializing time.

6:00pm: 60mins: Hors d’oeuvre & Cocktail Hour. Wedding party is urged to arrive sometime during this first hour.

6:40pm: 5mins: Introduce the Wedding Party, Maid or Matron of Honor and Best Man.
5mins: Announce the Bride and Groom.

6:50pm: 5mins: First Dance
5mins: Bride & Father Dance
5mins: Groom & Mother Dance

7:05pm: 5mins: Toast by Best Man. This is also an appropriate time for a blessing should one be desired.

7:10pm: 60mins: Sit down Dinner or Buffet.

8:10pm: 30mins: Open Dancing

8:40pm: 10mins: Bouquet Toss
10mins: Garter Toss

9:00: 15mins: Cut the Cake

9:15pm: 40mins: Resume Open Dancing

9:55pm: 5mins: Last Dance

10:00pm: Time to Say Goodnight!

This is just an example, there are many variations! You can think of your reception as a way of thanking your friends and
family for their best wishes and support. We will work hard to ensure that a great time is had by all.
